BUSINESS OWNERS

These occupancies are required to have Christmas trees treated with an approved flame retardant:

  • Assembly

  • Educational

  • Institutional

  • All Public Businesses

 

Proof of treatment shall be verified by means of an affixed tag from the LICENSED applicator or by an individual treating his/her own tree (FOR NON-PROFIT ONLY), which includes the name of the applicator, date treated, and chemical used.
